Arrival, departure, and all-aboard

A typical MAS call is:

• Arrival: 8:00am
• Scheduled departure: 4:00pm
• All-aboard: normally around 3:30pm

The 8:00am–4:00pm window is the standard planning reference for the 4-Night Cozumel Express, but Cozumel timing is not perfectly standardized across every MAS itinerary. A 5-Night Progreso & Cozumel sailing can show 9:00am–5:00pm in Cozumel rather than 8:00am–4:00pm, and on some 5-night sailings Cozumel can fall on Day 3 or Day 4 depending on the specific departure. The time printed in the ship’s daily programme or app overrides every general estimate. This is why 8:00am–4:00pm is used here only as a planning benchmark for the 8-hour constraint, not as a guarantee. Budget 45–60 minutes total for disembarkation, pier movement, reboarding queues, and ship security.
