PortMiami is minutes from downtown Miami, with access to Bayside Marketplace, Brickell and South Beach. It is a large multi-terminal port on both the north and south sides of the harbour, so the terminal and garage you need matter more here than at Palm Beach or Tampa.
Beachcomber begins sailing from PortMiami on 9 January 2027 with a 7-night Eastern Caribbean inaugural sailing.

Getting there
Margaritaville at Sea sails Beachcomber primarily from Cruise Terminal C at PortMiami. Selected sailings depart from Cruise Terminal E. Guests are responsible for arriving at the correct terminal. (source)
Margaritaville at Sea gives Cruise Terminal E as 1265 W Cruise Blvd. PortMiami’s own address map, revised 13 February 2026, gives Cruise Terminal E as 1265 N Cruise Blvd, and shows only Cruise Terminal V on W Cruise Blvd, at 718. If you are driving, use the port’s map rather than the line’s address.

Margaritaville at Sea states that the terminal is confirmed in your pre-arrival communications and that arriving at the correct terminal is the guest’s responsibility. Terminal C and Terminal E are different addresses with different parking. Check the email, not your memory of a previous sailing.

PortMiami states that most cruise lines offer shuttle service from Miami International Airport, and that a dedicated toll-free tunnel connects the port directly to major highways. (source)

- Your garage
- Cruise Terminal C is served by multi-level Garage C. Cruise Terminal E is served by Surface Lot E.
- Garage addresses
- Garage C is 1648 N Cruise Blvd. Surface Lot E is 625 Florida Way. Both are on PortMiami’s own address map.
- Taxi and rideshare
- PortMiami marks the taxi and ride share lot, and the oversized vehicles lot, at Surface Lot E.
- Long-term rate
- Garages C, D, F and G and Surface Lot E: $25 per vehicle, per space, per day or fraction, for overnight or longer stays. This is the rate that applies to a cruise.
- Short-term rate
- $10 per day or fraction, no overnight. This does not apply to a sailing.
- Other garages
- Garage AA and Garage B are charged at $35 per day long-term. They serve other terminals and are not the Margaritaville at Sea garages.
- Payment accepted
- Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or any major U.S. traveller’s cheque.
- Payment refused
- Debit cards are not accepted.
- Lost ticket
- Charged as the equivalent of an 11-day cruise, to a maximum of $275.

Embarkation day timeline

Assigned arrival windows
Arrival windows are assigned by stateroom location. Guests with a pre-booked Express Pass, a pre-purchased Signature Package containing Priority Boarding, and guests in Suites are assigned the earliest windows and use the VIP Check-In Lane. Guests without a boarding pass, and guests who arrive before their assigned window, are directed to the Standby Check-In Lane and may be delayed. Arriving early does not board you earlier.

What to bring
- Travel documents
- Current, valid and accepted documents for every member of the party. Originals only. Photocopies, photographs and digital copies are never permitted. Check the line’s travel requirements page for what is accepted for your itinerary. (details)
- Boarding pass
- One per stateroom. Print it and bring it. It is checked on arrival to confirm your window. Guests without a printed or digital boarding pass are directed to the Standby lane.
- Payment card
- A valid credit card for onboard charges.
- Luggage tags
- Tags are emailed with the boarding pass and are available in Cruise Control from approximately seven days before sailing. Download and pre-tag every bag you plan to check. Tagging carry-on bags as well is useful if they become separated from the party.

Check-in and boarding, vehicle to ship
- Arrive inside your assigned window. Parking attendants direct vehicles to the parking area.
- A member of the terminal operations agency confirms your arrival window and checks your boarding pass as you arrive.
- Drop checked luggage with the porters. It is delivered to your stateroom later, which is why the tags matter.
- Clear security.
- Check in and collect the stateroom keys for every member of the party.
- Board. Your stateroom may not be ready immediately, so keep medication, documents and anything needed for the first few hours in a carry-on.
At check-in every member of the party, including minors, is issued a personalised stateroom key carrying their name and stateroom number. It is used to leave and re-board the ship at every port and for all cashless transactions on board. Carry it at all times. A lanyard is useful.

Debarkation

- You carry all of your own luggage off the ship. No luggage is collected the night before.

- Suites and Signature Packages that include priority debarkation may begin at approximately 7:00am.

- Other self-assisted guests must vacate the stateroom by 8:00am.
- Luggage assistance
- Guests using luggage assistance cannot begin before approximately 8:15am.

Tips
- Confirm your terminal from your pre-arrival email. Beachcomber uses Terminal C primarily and Terminal E on selected sailings, and PortMiami is large enough that the difference costs real time.
- Terminal C parks in Garage C at 1648 N Cruise Blvd. Terminal E parks in Surface Lot E at 625 Florida Way. Both are $25 per day for an overnight or longer stay.
- If you are navigating to Terminal E, note that the line publishes 1265 W Cruise Blvd and the port publishes 1265 N Cruise Blvd. Use the port’s map.
- The $10 PortMiami rate is short-term with no overnight. It does not apply to a cruise.
- Bring cash or a credit card. Debit cards are not accepted at PortMiami.
- Arriving before your assigned window does not board you earlier. It moves you into the Standby lane.

- Which terminal does Beachcomber use?
- Cruise Terminal C is the primary terminal, at 1741/1751 N Cruise Blvd on PortMiami’s address map. Selected sailings depart from Cruise Terminal E, which the port maps at 1265 N Cruise Blvd and the cruise line publishes as 1265 W Cruise Blvd. Your pre-arrival communications confirm which terminal applies to your sailing. Use the port’s map for the address.
- What happens if I arrive after 2:30pm?
- You will not be permitted to enter the terminal or board. The booking is treated as a no-show and is subject to the penalties and fees in the Margaritaville at Sea cancellation policy.
- What will parking cost?
- Garage C and Surface Lot E are $25 per day for overnight or longer stays. The $10 rate is short-term only and does not apply to a cruise.
- Can I pay for parking with a debit card?
- No. PortMiami accepts cash and major credit cards. Debit cards are not accepted.
- When does Beachcomber start sailing from Miami?
- The first sailing is a 7-night Eastern Caribbean itinerary departing 9 January 2027.
