Who these terms are with

MAS Parrotheads is operated by Off The Grid Getaways LLC, a travel agency. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Off The Grid Getaways LLC, and "the site" means masparrotheads.com. Using the site means these terms apply to you.

How the site is funded, our host agency and our seller-of-travel registration are set out on Legal & disclosures. That page is the single place those statements appear and this page does not repeat them.

What the information here is

This is a planning resource. Fares, cabin prices, excursion prices, terminal procedures, parking rates and opening times are captured from public sources and from the cruise line, the port authorities and third-party operators. They change without notice, and they are not a quote or an offer.

Confirm anything that matters with the operator before you travel or book. Where we show a price we also show when we captured it — treat that date as part of the figure.

MAS Parrotheads is an independent fan resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Margaritaville at Sea.

Bookings, and who they are with

Where you book a shore excursion through a link on this site, your booking is with the operator or the booking platform, not with us. Their terms, their cancellation rules and their conditions apply, and those differ from one vendor to the next — read the ones attached to the tour you are booking.

Any return-to-ship assurance is offered by the tour operator and surfaced by the booking platform's own vetting. We do not operate the tours, we do not underwrite that assurance, and we do not administer or decide claims under it.

We are glad to help you book, manage and coordinate — that is what we do. Helping you arrange a booking does not make us a party to it.

Anything you send us

Where the site invites a submission — a Facebook roll call link, for example — nothing appears until a person has reviewed and approved it. We may decline or remove any submission, at any time, without giving a reason. Listing a group is not an endorsement of it or of anything said in it.

Send us only what you have the right to send, and do not send anything confidential. If something listed here should not be, tell us and we will take it down.

Content and ownership

Ship, stateroom, venue and excursion names, descriptions and imagery belong to Margaritaville at Sea and are reproduced with attribution. Other third-party material stays with whoever owns it, under whatever license we have noted beside it.

Our own writing, the guides and the fare history we compile are ours. You are welcome to read, link to and quote them with attribution.

Changes

We update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top is the last time they were revised, and the current version is always the one on this page.
